At 11:18pm on January 1, 2009, Death by Roxy said…: Rinks? What is thing strange thing you speak of? There is not a skating rink within the sate of Vermont! Seriously, where I live, Burlington (the largest "city") I'd have to drive 2.5 hrs to the nearest rink in NY.
We only get to skate at practice in the winter. Summer (weather permitting) of course, there's always the skate paths. I would kill for a rink. Another reason I ref. I travel and work with other leagues too. Lots more skating :-)

I am beyond interesting in joining a team, but as of right now, Work and school steals all my time. I am more than likely going to join sometime in the winter during break. (Do the girls even skate in the winter?) In the mean time, im going to check out some team practices and bouts. Hopefully when Im actually able to skate with the girls in the winter ill be bale to re arrang my school and work schedule. Its ridiculous how excited I am about all this. How much time do you think is usually required to dedicate?
