PIRATES VS NINJAS at THE PAVILION

yay for www.zebrahuddle.com . there is a fine thread with head ref tips. the forum is the best resource for refs there is!!!
My basics are simple:
1. Listen to your crew, they may need you to back up their calls.
2. Communicate and make sure you are all on the same page.
3. Support your refs, save disagreements for breaks. You need to have solidarity amongst each other....
Choose your fellow refs by position. Put people at jam ref because they're the best jam ref, not because they need the experience or because they've been around a long time.
Study your rules a lot, know them well enough to be prepared for situati...
It will be my first time officially head reffing this saturday and I need some tips!
